SAFETY FILES

We do safety files for all industries eg: construction, mining, food, industrial, manufacturing. Not only do we compile the file but we also assist the client to implement the file and communicate it to their employees.

SITE ESTABLISHMENT

We do site establishments for all construction sites prior the commencement of the project. We make sure that your site office and store room is in place, all facilities are in place eg: toilets, eating areas, parking safety signages, etc.

SITE inspections INSPECTIONS AND AUDIT

With our site inspections and audit services we assist the client with updating the safety file, in terms of checklists, having safety meetings, investigating incidents (if applicable), revise policies, plans, risk assessments and other relevant documents.

TOOLBOX TALKS

Toolbox talks are very brief meetings that we conduct in different sites. We carry out topics that are relevant to the specific industry and relevant to the current activities that are in place. We create topics that give guidance on how to carry out activities in a safe manner to avoid injuries or fatal.

MEDICAL CERTIFICATE OF FITNESS

Medical certificate of Fitness is compulsory for each and employee and employer as according to the Occupational Health and Safety Act No. 85 of 1993. It is called Annexure 3 and done by our qualified Occupational Medicine Practitioner/ Occupational Health Nursing Practitioner.

SAFETY AWARENESS WEBINARS & WORKSHOPS

Our safety awareness webinars give more depth understanding on what exactly Occupational Health and Safety Act means, and how is it necessary in different industries.

SAFETY COMPLIANCE TRAINING

Different activities in our working environments requires different competencies. For one to carry out their duties he/she must have a valid competency training certificate to avoid injuries and fatal cases.

Lorato Moncho is the director of Loetopele Construction and Projects, which specializes in Occupational Health and Safety Services established in 2016. She has a background in banking, Labour Law, Vat Reviews and currently into Construction and Innovations. She has an International Diploma in Business and Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety also registered with SACPCMP Body Institution as a Professional Construction Health and Safety Officer. She’s a very courageous and determined young business woman.
